The main pupose of this project is to allow coal mines to electronically enter details and retrieve information when lodging requests for coal exports.
There are a number of organisations involved in the delivery of this project. The applications from coal mines are handled using Liquid Office to generate PDF format documents which are stored in a central database.
The role of PMP Design is to write the web based interface which manages maintenance of the database including login security, users, roles and many other objects in the database.
The interface is in two main parts, the publically accessible (with appropriate authorisation and authentication) front end which allows clients to login, view reports and enter requirements for coal handling and the internally accessible database maintenance functions.
