TimeSuite Accounts Payable Feature Launched.
PMP Design today announced that the next generation of project and business management system 'TimeSuite' has been updated to add a comprehensive Accounts Payable feature to the Invoicing Module.
The Accounts Payable module is an extension of the Invoicing Module and allows tracking and management of all accounts payable.
In addition to being able to manage each accounts payable entry, users can also upload the presented invoice in electronic format to the TimeSuite Document Management Module saving printing costs and ensuring the invoice information is always available.
Further savings can be made by taking advantage of the option to automatically notify the supplier by email when payment is made.
