Next generation TimeSuite System released.
PMP Design today announced that the next generation of project and business management system 'TimeSuite' has been officially launched.
Some of the features which the latest generation of TimeSuite offers are:
- Fully Web Enabled;
- Manage details of all clients and employees, even upload photos;
- Projects and tasks can be quickly generated using unlimited user defined templates;
- Timesheets can be approved by internal users based on defined approval paths;
- Customisable user preferences allow you to see the information you need;
- Security is significantly upgraded with the introduction of full role based features;
- The ability to model the relationships between every person and organisation that your enterprise deals with;
- Integrated document management system;
- All features are now modular and can be added individually;
- External users (eg clients and subcontractors) can now be given access toTimeSuite to check their accounts, enter timesheets etc.
TimeSuite Version Two is initially available in two plans to suit small and medium sized businesses.
'QuickTimesheets' includes timesheet entry against cost centre and job codes plus contact management, relationship management, user management and helpdesk. Optional modules include timesheet approval and export.
'Timesheets Plus' includes all of the modules and options available in 'QuickTimesheets' and starts from less than AU$3 per user per month.

Development of more fully featured project management modules is also nearing completion with an expected release date of mid 2009.
Modules currently under development include advanced project and enterprise planning tools, workflow management tools and almost unlimited approval paths for timesheets, documents and projects.
Also to be released at the same time will be invoicing and finance management systems which will seamlessly integrate with the project planning and management tools to provide a complete package for business management.
