TimeSuite has released an integrated payments ledger module. This module links seamlessly to the current TimeSuite Business Management modules and allows users to:
- Create PDF invoices and statements in seconds;
- Automatically email these documents to the recipient;
- Track and manage overdue invoices;
- Manage the payments ledger and reconcile this with relevent invoices; and
- Report on the invoicing status of any project
This module has been designed with smaller organisations in mind and provides the features required to manage invoice tracking without the need for complex financial systems.
For larger organisations, TimeSuite can simply and easily export data to an existing financial management system.
